- Download ZOCCAM from the app store.
- Register with name, email address, & mobile number.
- Enter real estate license number. (optional)
- Verify device with PIN sent via text.
- Create an 8 digit numeric passcode & confirm.
Send Deposit to Smart Title
- Sign in with mobile number and 8 digit numeric passcode you created.
- Select Capture.
- Select Earnest Money (Good Faith Deposit).
- Scroll to escrow agent or type first 3 letters in search field.
- Enter contract information (attach contract from email, if needed).
- Take a picture of the front and back of check on a dark, well lit surface.
- Email notifications will be sent to all parties entered.
